Abstract
El Plan de Agricultura Familiar, atenderá a 395,000 familias en condiciones de pobreza de los territorios rurales del país a través de 4 programas integrales y complementarios. El Programa de Agricultura Familiar para el Encadenamiento Productivo, es uno de ellos y está dirigido a atender más de 70,000 familias agricultoras que, de alguna manera, ya están produciendo alimento y tienen conexión con el mercado. La caracterización de la Cadena Productiva Acuícola de la Tilapia se enmarca en éste programa.
