Módulo 3
Abstract
In this module, the importance of educating children about respecting nature is highlighted as a fundamental aspect of teaching hygiene habits. It is suggested to engage children in activities such as visiting natural history museums, reflecting on endangered species, and organizing events to raise awareness about environmental conservation. Encouraging children to connect with nature through various activities like planting trees, caring for pets, and visiting botanical gardens is emphasized. Additionally, celebrating events like World Water Day can serve as a platform to discuss cooperation in water management. To prevent water pollution and promote environmental consciousness, practical actions like organizing nature fairs with eco-friendly practices, teaching waste disposal methods, and conducting clean-up activities are recommended. Educators are encouraged to lead by example in respecting nature, fostering critical reflection on environmental practices, and advocating for human and environmental rights. By instilling values of respect, patience, and harmony towards nature, children can develop a deeper appreciation for the environment and understand their role in its preservation.
