En este informe se presentan las percepciones sobre el Instituto, los niveles de satisfacción y las recomendaciones que hacen los responsables de las instituciones que han recibido los servicios del IICA entre los años 1998 y el 2000. En este sentido, este trabajo se inscribe en la línea de conocer el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios y no se trata de una evaluación de los programas y proyectos, para lo cual se requiere otro tipo de aproximaciones.
