Estrategia del IICA en Paraguay : 2014-2018
Abstract
La Estrategia IICA País (EIP) 2014-2018 de la Representación del Instituto en Paraguay representa el mecanismo de alineamiento de su cooperación técnica con el Marco
Estratégico Agrario (MEA) 2014-2018, del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG).
Los proyectos de cooperación técnica que se presentan en la EIP tienen como base su relacionamiento con los Ejes Estratégicos del MEA y los objetivos del Plan de Mediano
Plazo (PMP 2014-2018) del IICA aprobado por los 34 países miembros para la segunda administración del Dr. Victor Villalobos como Director General del IICA.
La Estrategia del IICA País (EIP) expresa de manera operativa y precisa, la capacidad de cooperación técnica del Instituto en el país, buscando que la misma, sea provista por todo el Instituto a través de sus especialistas a nivel nacional, regional y hemisférico. La plataforma de oficinas, especialistas, técnicos y redes establecidas en los 34 países de las Américas, permite acceder a cooperación horizontal a partir de las experiencias
adquiridas en países de otras regiones, que puede ser aplicable en el país o aprender de los errores cometidos. La movilización de especialistas tanto de manera presencial cuanto con el uso de medios virtuales (sistemas de video conferencias) permite al
Instituto actuar de manera hemisférica como “Un solo IICA”.
