La presente “Guía para la Generación Participativa de Políticas Públicas Diferenciadas para la Agricultura Familiar” aborda el proceso de formulación de políticas públicas diferenciadas para la agricultura familiar, mediante el uso de herramientas y mecanismos orientados por el ciclo de políticas públicas, a partir de experiencias de construcción participativa y de empoderamiento de los actores de los territorios rurales en la gestión de su propio desarrollo.
Se establece un marco de referencia conceptual de la teoría que aportan disciplinas como la ciencia política, la administración pública, la sociología y la economía, a los procesos de diseño y evaluación de políticas públicas. Para este fn se exploran defniciones conceptuales y se analizan herramientas metodológicas para el diseño de políticas públicas para el desarrollo sostenible de la agricultura familiar. Así mismo se describen los tipos de política pública, la relación entre los actores sociales y los agentes públicos para entender los
esquemas de planifcación y la viabilidad técnica de los procesos de participación, los marcos normativos e institucionales que hacen operativas las políticas públicas y el contexto en el que se formulan las política diferenciadas para la agricultura familiar.
