Cuando la fase sólida de los microorganismos de montaña es transcurrida mediante la fermentación, se da el cambio hacia la fase líquida. A través de una combinación de la fase sólida en una bolsa tipo “té”, melaza y agua se procede a diluir la mezcla y se obtienen los microorganismos en fase líquida, posteriormente se almacena y sella herméticamente.
