Abstract
En las áreas rurales de nuestro continente, 77 millones de personas no tienen acceso a internet de calidad, herramienta decisiva para mejorar la productividad, la comercialización y el bienestar de las personas. ¿Cómo es la situación en Argentina? El director general del IICA, Manuel Otero, abrirá este seminario junto a directivos del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, de Microsoft y autoridades nacionales. Se presentará el documento conectividad rural en América Latina y el Caribe, un puente al desarrollo sostenible en tiempos de pandemia.
