Abstract
Presenta información actualizada sobre coeficientes técnicos de producción de los principales rubros frutícolas y hortícolas para la Región Metropolitana de Chile, especialmente de aquellos que muestran un gran potencial de comercialización en mercados externos. Un coeficiente técnico de producción o estándar productivo es la expresión resumida de las diversas labores culturales, épocas, jornadas, implementos e insumos que conforman la producción de cada cultivo. En lo que se refiere a frutales, los cultivos incluidos son: ciruelo; durazno y nectarines; frambuesa; kiwi; limonero; palto; y uva de mesa. Con respecto a las hortalizas se incluyen las siguientes: acelga; ajo rosado; alcachofa chilena; apio; betarraga; cebolla temprana; coliflor; endibia; espárrago blanco y verde; espinaca; haba; lechuga; maíz choclero y dulce; melón calameño y tuna: orégano, pepino de ensalada; pimiento; poroto para granado y para verde; repollito de bruselas; repollo; sandía; tomate botado; zanahoria; zapallo de guarda; y zapallito italiano.
