Methodology for creating phytosanitary hazard profiles for plants, plant products and other regulated articles
Abstract
One of the most important challenges of the leaders of the Phytosanitary Protection Organizations (NPPO) is to make the teams of inspectors commit to the systematic vision of what they do, which means understanding that they and their work are part of a system of quarantine, in which the execution of its tasks is an important part and when the interception and phytosanitary inspection tasks are not carried out or are carried out defectively, it is the system as a whole that fails.
