El presente documento va dirigido a los participantes del Proyecto Asociatividad, Resiliencia y Mercados, como material de consulta que describe el manejo agronómico de las principales hortalizas difundidas en las ECA´s: el pepino, el tomate y el chile dulce. Éstas fueron cultivadas por primera vez por los beneficiarios del proyecto, a escala semi-comercial, lo que les permitió cosechar para satisfacer el autoconsumo y comercializar en los mercados aledaños al área de intervención del proyecto, logrando de esta manera aumentar los ingresos de sus familias. La aplicación de las técnicas descritas ayudará a los productores a continuar el proceso de diversificación de sus fincas con productos sanos, de buena calidad y rentables.
