Abstract

Este informe es un relato de los resultados y de una historia que construye el Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA) de cara a los nuevos tiempos que se aproximan. Además, aborda de manera sintética los objetivos estratégicos (PMP 2014-2018), que se enfocan en la productividad y competitividad; el desarrollo de territorios y bienestar rural; adopción al cambio climático y mejor utilización de recursos naturales; seguridad alimentaria.

This report is an account of the results and a history that the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) is building in the face of the new times that are approaching. In addition, it synthetically addresses the strategic objectives (PMP 2014-2018), which focus on productivity and competitiveness; the development of territories and rural well-being; adoption of climate change and better use of natural resources; food safety.
