Abstract
This year ( 1998 ) marked the 23rd year of activities of the Technical Cooperation Agency of IICA in Guyana ( GuyTCA ). Projects and support actions were executed jointly with staff from national institutions, including Ministry of Agriculture ( MOA ), Ministry of Fisheries , Crops and Livestock ( MFCL ), St. Stanislaus Dairy Training Centre ( SSDTC ), National Agricultural Research Institute ( NARI ). National Dairy Development Programme ( NDDP ), University of Guyana ( UG ), and diverse NGOs and farmers ' organizations. To all those who made contributions to the many important events and achievements listed in this report, GuyTCA is grateful.
