Política de Prácticas Prohibidas

Abstract

El propósito de esta Política es establecer las conductas y actividades específicas que están prohibidas por el IICA, las obligaciones de la personas y contrapartes sujetas a esta Política de mantener los más altos estándares de integridad y abstenerse de prácticas prohibidas, y las acciones que el IICA puede tomar cuando se alega que han ocurrido prácticas prohibidas en actividades relacionadas con el IICA.

The purpose of this Policy is to establish the specific conduct and activities which are prohibited by IICA, the obligations of Covered Individuals and Counterparties to uphold the highest standards of integrity and to refrain from Prohibited Practices, and the actions which IICA may take when prohibited practices are alleged to have occurred in IICA-related Activities.
