Description

Abstract
The introduction of a new agricultural practice or technological package and its adoption by small farmers in a complex process is presented. The most commonly used component was the use of small pavers and the most commonly rejected was the use of modified stakes and closer planting. It appeared that the farmers' decision to adopt mini-sett technology practices was influenced by the yield obtained from their plots.
