Abstract

A summarized view of the nature, functions and organization of DIPROE, the role it plays in providing support and advice to other units of the Institute, and its achievements as a management support unit is provided. The most important achievement of the Programming and Evaluation System is that it establishes a logical framework for analysis and decision making which takes into account both the allocation of resources and medium- and long-term strategies.
