Abstract
En Honduras, el Consorcio local de aguacate –impulsado por el Programa PRIICA- permitió que los diferentes actores de la cadena se juntaran y trabajaran con un objetivo común. Esto alentó que los pequeños productores quisieran ir más allá y formaran la Asociación de Productores de Aguacate de Honduras, APAH. Este desarrollo organizativo hoy les permite tener voz y presencia en el país.
