Notes and Proposals on the Desing and Implementation of War on Property Proyects in Latin America and the Caribbean

Abstract

The government and the international community seek to adopt measures to improve the living conditions of these large population groups so affected by poverty and marginal conditions. IICA seeks to improve the countries, stimulate and promote rural development as a means to achieve the general development and well-being of the populations. The instrument seeks to make recommendations to each country based on the statistics collected on rural poverty by each region.
