Abstract
Rodolfo Fernández indica que la transformación digital representa una oportunidad en los sistemas agroalimentarios para enfrentar los desafíos que tienen que ver con incrementar la productividad y la sustentabilidad, además de contribuir a la mitigación del cambio climático. Al mismo tiempo, se ha identificado que estas tecnologías representan riesgos de exclusión tecnológica laboral y social, por lo tanto, es necesario actuar, en ese sentido, para mitigarlos y una manera de ellos es actualizar los marcos institucionales y de políticas que busquen impulsar la promoción de las tecnologías digitales con inclusión.
