Las exportaciones agroalimentarias de América Latina y el Caribe crecen 2.7% durante primer año de pandemia

Durante el 2020 América Latina y el Caribe reportó un aumento en las exportaciones agroalimentarias. En algunos países de la región se notó, también, un aumento de las exportaciones de otros bienes, mientras que, en otros, se notó una disminución. A su vez, se percibió en aumento en las exportaciones agroalimentarias a otros países del ALC, al mercado asiático, a la Unión Europea y Estados Unidos.
Las líneas de productos que mostraron un mayor nivel de exportaciones fueron el azúcar de caña, soja, carne de cerdo, banano, carne de res, algodón, café y aceite de soja
